Three premier division quarter finals were played today Wednesday 28th January 2008

UCD overwhelmed Queens University Belfast today 6-0 with goals from David McMillan (2), Eoin Roche, Dwayne Wilson, Sean Geoghegan (Pictured) and the best goal of the day a cheeky back flick from Peter McMahon.
UCC held their nerve in a penalty shoot-out win over Athlone IT 6-5 after the teams drew 1-1. The goalscorers were Hafeeze Sholola (Athlone IT) and Luke Burges (UCC).
The northwest derby between Letterkenny IT and IT Sligo was a thriller with goals from Oisin McMenamin and Darren McElwaine sealing a 2-0 win for Letterkenny IT.
The last quarter final takes place tomorrow (thursday) between University of Limerick and ITT Dublin. Kick off is at 1pm in Fairview Rgrs. FC, Fairgreen, Limerick.
The open draw for semi finals will take place on Thursday afternoon.
In the Division Two Semi Final Drogheda Institute of Further Education beat ITT Dublin "C" 2-1 to advance to the final where they will play Dun Laoighaire IADT on 25th February.
