One day tournament run on grass pitch in league or group format.  The host college & venue is decided at the AGM in October.

Fantastic opportunity for developing players to get game experience, as the tournament only allows entry to other players who have not participated at Intervarsity level.

The games are 7 a side with the possibility of using 3 of 5 substitutes in each game.  All teams are guaranteed more than one game.  Depending on the number of entries the games can be 10 or 15 minutes a half.
