One day tournament run in league or group format in an Indoor Sportshall. The host college & venue is decided at the AGM in October.  

Fast paced game played using a futsal ball. All teams are guaranteed more than one game. The games are 5 a side, with unlimited substitutions from up to a squad of 10 players.
