Two day tournament involving four provincial teams Connaught, Leinster, Munster and Ulster. Each team comprises of players from various college teams within each Province. The managers and coaches for each team are appointed at the AGM in October.
Each team plays in a round robin league with the top team at the end of the two days winning the tournament.
