All the forms and information you need to register your players

Firstly, All Clubs must get each of their players to fill out the Player Reigstration Form

The Club Secretary then inputs the information from the Player Registration Form into a row in the specially designed excel file

Once all player information has been entered, you will notice another spreadsheet on the same excel file called "WSCAI Sheet". This is the WSCAI Registration Form.

The information you entered on the General Information will automatically appear on the "WSCAI Sheet". After ensuring all information is correct, print the WSCAI Registration Form and bring it to you Registrar to Sign & Stamp as per previous years.

Post the Original Player Registration Forms and the Signed & Stamped WSCAI Registration Form along with the €7.50 per player registration fee to
